The Winery

What drives us is not to conform, but to shape our own forms.

Del Gredal Winery

Del Gredal is a family-run project born over ten years ago in San Pedro Norte, Córdoba, at 1000 metres above sea level. Our name refers to la Greda: the local word for the stony, calcium-carbonate-rich soil that gives our wines their unmistakable mineral character.

We started from scratch because we believe not everything has been said — that mystery still exists, and that some stories can only be told by the terroir itself. And so we planted, harvested, learned and stumbled alongside our people.

A simple principle

We hold to a simple, firm principle: no grape leaves the estate unless it is turned into wine. Every bunch we harvest carries the weight of a decision made slowly, with care.

The land around us

We are stewards of 130 hectares of native forest, a fragile and generous ecosystem that lives beside our vineyards. In recent years we have also begun growing walnuts and almonds, patiently widening the original idea.

Del Gredal is not only a winery: it is a way of inhabiting the north of Córdoba. Of listening to the wind, respecting the stone, and raising a glass to what comes next.

Yo tengo el CORAZÓN puesto sobre el futuro. Puesto en los hijos que de mis hijos vengan…

I hold my HEART pitched on the future. / Pitched on the children born of my children…
